Multi-Minds is a commissioned work for Gravity Art Museum’s “Creative utopiA” open call. Inside the rectangular twin-window which looks like a pair of eyes, the installation appropriates the function of the flash together with the natural and random changes brought by the computer program functioning on the readymades. Meanwhile, it casts dazzling lights outward with the help of multicolored umbrellas, which confuses the eyes of those who are looking at them. Anyone standing outside the museum or passing by will be stared at by such a pair of “big brother”, forced to accept the extension of the space of this “gaze”. The audience is illuminate and outlined by the multicolored lights repeatedly, while one’s inner world will be struck and interrogated continuously. This work will run around the clock during the exhibition.
